Medications will only be administered in school if the parent of the child concerned has duly filled and signed a consent form.

A sick child will be observed and given first aid treatment in the schools sick bay after the parent of the child has been contacted.

Visitors/parents are not allowed into the classroom uninvited.

Every enquiry should be made from the schools front desk/reception, school website or contact numbers.

Bullying is highly prohibited and offenders will face the consequences of their actions.

Homework is given to reinforce or extend the lessons done in class. Parents are encouraged to assist and not do the children’s homework for them.

Our disciplinary measures are constructive and basically used to correct the child with love. The following should be noted:

• We do not hit or use canes on our children.
• Offending children will be warned, sent on time out, made to write lines, deprived of pleasure, do chores etc.

Fees should be paid on or before the first day of resumption.

Complete fees are to be paid each term irrespective of the child’s attendance.

Each child is to sign up for at least one extracurricular activity.
